A Customer represents a single user of your own application. The customer is used to create Channels i.e. OTA platform connections. These channels are used to aggregate the properties and accompanying data from the customer.
For convenience you can identify each of your Customers with an identifier of your own liking, during the creation of a customer you're asked to provide an id field in which you can enter said identifier.
